This project consisted of upgrading 49 locations of the existing 48” and 54” water main of the West Pipeline. Included in the project was video inspecting 6 miles of the pipeline, installation of new 4” and 6” ARV’s , 2” blow-offs, 8” Butterfly Gate Valves, and Cathodic Protection test stations. The project was extremely time critical as the pipeline could only be shutdown for 35 days. The shutdown work was completed ahead of schedule.

This project consisted of rehabbing a 20’ section of a buried 78” Concrete Pipe under the Alamitos Creek. The work included dewatering the pipeline, fabricating and welding in an interior stainless-steel lining for the pipe, pressure grouting between the new lining and the existing buried 78” pipe, epoxy coat the new section of stainless-steel lining, rebuild(2) existing 24” ARV and fill the line.
